I just flashed the XPT stage 2 map with prodrive solenoid and launch control. Compared to my Cobb accessport tune it is so much smoother, I have not yet hit peak boost because I am letting the map learn the timing and fuel tables though. Tomorrow I am getting my AEM Uego AFR gauge in the mail and I will be able to see what the fuel ratios are for the XPT maps. So far I am glad I got rid of my accessport and went opensource, it is so nice being able to monitor everything going on inside the motor so you know if there is a problem with the map you are running Cobb's accessport cant monitor that many functions.

The map actually calls for the GM solenoid but Braden that owns XPT told me that the prodrive and the GM solenoids are exactly the same so you dont have to cut and splice wires.

Just monitor boost levels to be safe. I would however monitor wastegate duty cycles as well if you have access.

Are the XPT maps locked out so that you cannot modify them?

You can monitor all the same stuff with the accessport as well. You have to use Racetuner which Cobb provides for free.

last time I heard they stopped giving it out for free. sorry for such a late post I havent been on in a while, I am not sure if they are locked out I have actually been reading how to tune so I can fine tune my xpt map.

I think XPT are open, but you need some sort of key to modify them. IIRC

I dont think so, I have changed the tables on ecuflash and romraider and it saved it, though I have not flashed those maps on to my car to actually see.
