13.5 is boost read from the ECU.

I did not actually set the tune myself. I'm using Cobb's OTS map with some mechanical adjustments (tightened WGA, STi pill, STi TMIC). I'm giving you the numbers from my readouts.
I went in for a tune from Christian at Cobb, but when we did my initial pulls for a baseline, he was quite honest and said he wouldn't be able to pull too much more. Maybe 10 more hp and a slightly wider power band. So I left the tune as is.

If anyone wants great tuning advice, there's a member over at Subaruforester.org that has lots of experience tuning open-source. PM me if you want his handle and contact info, he is very open to share what he knows.

What i do when i Tune an open source map is set the WG settings to 0 then adjust fuel to taper to 11.5 to 1 at peak torque i then advance the timing until torque stops rising after that i turn up the boost as high as it will go until torque stops to rise. that is how you will make actual reliable power. other things you can adjust from there such as the advance tables etc if you are tuning a stock ecu. I have also found that using a utec or a stand alone will yeild better control over timing and fuel thus making more usable power.
