alright so my car is stuttering under small pulls. i dont have to be much over boost and sometimes it will be under boost too. it does it when i get hard on the gas. the code says bad MAF, big vacuum leak, clogged injector or bad fuel pump.

today i took it to get a smoke test done and they said that there isnt a big enough vac leak to cause problems.. there was a leak by the BOV and the pressure regulator.

so could it be a clogged injector or what. i have no damn idea and its pissing me off i want to drive my car...

also i bought steves TBE and for three weeks my car ran fine... then i had the ksl tuner guy just put it into a safe mode till i could get an AP or something... since he did that the car ran like ****. so i had paul flash a different stage 2 map. but it still runs like garbage.

any help would be awesome thanks

i did the maf test and i swapped out a new one... NOTHING. i havent gotten the car back yet so i havent fixed those leaks. but the i forgot that the code also said that it was just lean in bank 1.. so im now thinking that means that injector is clogged? what do you guys think

yeah i bought a new maf put it in unplugged the battery for a bit... same thing happened. so i just took it back and when paul flashed my map he said the maf was reading fine. so yeah i only pushed the car to about 10psi i dont dare go farther it freakin stutters hard.. like its missing and its super gutless.. so i dont know what the hell...

my bet now is a clogged inector just because its only lean in one cylinder

alright ill have the mechanic fix the leaks and see if that can fix the problem.. but do you really think that could be the horrible stutter problem?

the mechanic said that the leaks were so small that he didnt think they were the problems

Since it's not vac leak I would look at the plugs to see if one is super fouled or something. Check your coilpacks to see if swapping them around will cause a different CEL. Could be an Injector too

i agree with bones. I had a leak coming from just the pipe fitting coming out of the bov and my car would jerk and do all kinda of stuff. If you have ever pressurized a intercooler system before you will know how much force it is just in 14 pounds. Basically my car acted just how you describes. All it took was some teflon tape and my car was back to normal. And if the leak is coming from the flange itself where the gasket is. Thats a huge leak when it comes to boost. Your probably not even boosting 5 pounds. And another thing you can get your car to run somewhat normal if you just unplug the maf. That way you can get where you need to go. It will run pretty much normal just dont push it. Well, maybe not normal but better than it is now. If it does get better than you can bet it is a boost leak.
