"a lot better" doesnt sound good to me. If it was fixed then it woul dbe driving perfectly. Whenever i took shiz to mechanics they jsut drove it differently and then it wouldnt happen, like "oh no i didnt use any boost but it didnt do it for me if i didnt spool the turbo" wtf non-subaru performance mechanics are teh gay

so i got the car back it drives perfect......until i hit 15psi then the boost goes back and forth from like 11 to 15. so im going to get a new gasket for the BOV cause there is a small leak there but would this be anything other than a boost leak.

edit* basically when the car hits peak boost in every gear it fluctuates from the peak to about 5psi below. back and forth.

any ideas?

so my CEL came back last night. i havent been able to see what it is but im assuming its the same as the last code that was the P0171 lean in bank 1.
and the causes could be again the bad MAF, large vac leak, clogged injector or bad fuel pressure. i pretty much ruled out the vac leak and i put in a new MAF but the car drove the same(i may have had it in long enough though). so do any of you guys have any more ideas.. i aslo read that it could be a bad o2 sensor.. i dont know :diaf:

i've posted on nasioc in the RMIC and just the 2.0 turbo thread.. but havent gotten much feedback.

but any help would be sweet.
