Okay, so when I bought my car the guy told me the rear sway was off a forester. It has 3 adjustable holes and yellow bushings (whiteline? I dunno) When I finally decided to check it out I noticed it was missing the bushings and the right side end link was mounted on the wrong side. So after a ton of hassle I was able to switch it to the correct side. When driving I'd get a squeak and sometimes it'd even sound like a little bird. Looked back under my car and the sway bar was rubbing on the endlink, I noticed it when I changed the sides but didn't really take note. So I now have it switched back to the wrong side- So to get to the point, being how it is currently set up- is it going to damage anything? Is it being useful at all being on the incorrect side? There is also a kid that has a whiteline sway with bushings and endlinks off a 01 rs he'd trade me but would I be in the same boat I'm currently in?

Get endlinks with bushings, and put them on the correct side.

You're going to end up breaking that bolt man..... better get it fixed asap. Those endlinks are WAY stressed.... they should be almost perfectly up and down.

.... and spray some PB blaster on that swaybar mount now..... that thing is going to be a PITA to get off with all that rust, and you may very well snap one of those trying to do it.
