so i was driving in the freeway and out of nowhere my car lost powerd and start driving like crap and when i get to the stop light at the 8400w exit my car die and didnt wanna start againg and now its making a noice like if it didnt have any gas and my tank its full. today in the morning i try to start my car and for a second it sound like it was going to but it didnt, so i dont now what's going on. do you guys have any idea??

Turn your key into the on position (don't start it) and listen to see if your fuel pump is working. It is usually a humming noise. Than you can go from there. If it isn't working I usually would take a hammer and beat the fuel tank a couple times just to get the vehicle to start. LOL. It's amazing how many times I have gotten a vehicle to start by doing that.

i had this problem on a 96 land rover defender 90, and like what everybody else is saying, it sounds like a bad fuel pump. i had the same exact experience, and i had fried the fuel pump somehow.

i wish is the fuel pump it look like its my timing belt is not in sync any more and dont want to staty any more!!
