anywhere that does tint should do it. they typically have you sign something that says they arent liable for any consequences and that it was all at your request.

5% on the back and 50% in the front is legal. its like 43% front no windshield, and back you can do as dark as you want. i got mine tinted that way. look at my pics if you want. Its dark enough.. maybe go a little darker on the fronts.

Its 50%, but it ends up measuring to 43% or 42%, but either way, your both close.
