I think he might've gotten rid of them already since they're universal there was probably a lot of interest. But i'll check anyways. I'm trying to come up with cash to grab his DP and AP from him, and i honestly don't think i will have the money for a set of stoptechs and wheels for about a lifetime after that.

I ran a 1.57. So not to bad on street tires I know the guys in the race class were hitting the 1.50 mark. but they are on race tires and coils and all that jazz. I just have cobb springs and sways. Oh and my rotors are pretty messed. I am going to order some new ones from rally sport with race pads and fluid so I don't have brake issues like that again.

Eh I have brembos remember? I was pretty decent to them too. Once I get some race pads and rotors I will be alot more aggresive with the braking.

Once i get brakes that can take moderate braking for more than 5 laps I will be more aggressive with the braking. I think brembo fronts should be fine with a fairly aggressive rear pad. That being said, WTB front Brembo's!

I am sure you can find them on ebay or something or just buy them new? Brembo FTW!!!!

They're 1500 new for just fronts. Again, i would go stoptech for that price... But the availability of the STI brembo take-offs make them a lot more affordable.

those older gold brembo's on the 08 would look pretty unique i bet since the 08 sti has the new black calipers that are pretty different than the old ones.

Same mounting on all 02+ imprezas up front. The rear they dicked around with from year to year to make finding mounting brackets a nightmare... But i can't afford the black ones so the goldies are probably going to be whats happening...

Brian if you are serious about a brake up grade you can get a used bbk (Stop tech wilawood) on nasioc for about the same as the sti Brembos

I am serious. I've decided that I'm going the track route with the car, and this weekend showed me that I am not going to be able to fully utilize any further modifications, especially in power where it is quite lacking right now, on the stock calipers and rotors. The pads get so hot that they glaze and are rendered nearly useless in a matter of 4 laps, and require 15 minutes of pissing off bikers while cruising around the paddock to cool them off. And having to either brake WAY too early or trail brake like mad is getting seriously old...
